1. Coating: 

Firstly, coat a release layer on the surface of the PET film.
2.Printing: 

Print according to the confirmed final draft/ sample film/ sample and spot color card , in accordance with the customer’s requests.

3. Glue: 

The type of glue to be used will depend on the transfer material chosen by the customer when the order was placed

4. Curing:

Place the printed heat press transfer film in the curing room, and cure the layer of glue and ink under the specified temperature and humidity conditions, this will prevent the film from becoming non-adhesive.

5. Preliminary inspection：
Each batch of the heat press transfer films is hot stamped with a corresponding plastic sheet to test the speed of the heat press transfer film, release agent, while also making a preliminary judgment on the color to avoid serious product quality-based accidents.

6. Divide: 

This step is simply dividing the large roll of heat press transfer films into smaller rolls suitable for the heat press transfer process, the smaller rolls should be divided according to the height of the pattern customized by the customer.

7. Full inspection: 

Each roll of film is strictly inspected, removing any defective items in the heat press transfer films (such as discoloured/faded items, knife scraps, poor color quality, etc.). Be assured that you will receive high-quality heat press transfer films from Jinchi!

8. Packaging: 

Each roll of film has a product label (which indicates the order number, version number, specifications(meters) and the customer’s name). Each roll of film is packed in an individual plastic bag, which are then collectively packed into a large plastic bag, and then into a box (a corresponding product label is also put on the outer box). Boxes are sent out individually, each carton box will be wrapped with plastic wrap. If the purchased goods are numerous , multiple boxes will be put on a pallet, sealed with tape and then wrapped in plastic wrap.
